Keep the saved board separate from the sent order
Editing a finish board changes that working board. It does not revise an order you already sent. Retain the order reference when discussing a change and identify the exact selected configuration.
Customer policies are in preparation
This preview does not yet establish return eligibility, cancellation deadlines, damage claims, or warranty coverage. Those conditions require confirmation before customer purchasing begins. Do not assume a configured piece has the same return conditions as an unconfigured item. The contact page explains which business details remain pending.
Review the palette while choices can still change
Read the selected finish labels rather than relying only on the large product photograph. That photograph may show another available version. Compare the verified sample, stated material and quantity before treating a piece as settled on your finish board.
For a room that depends on matching an existing surface, resolve the physical material question in advance. Screens, lighting and the materials themselves can affect how a color is perceived. The materials notes explain how to keep the reference specific without assuming a match.
Describe a revision precisely
If a choice changes, identify the product, original configuration and requested replacement. State the quantity and room affected. A change to one room should not leave the reviewer guessing whether the same model in another finish is also changing.
Keep the original record alongside the requested revision. A revised board or new note does not automatically amend an order already sent. Ask whether the change can be accepted at its current stage and whether it affects the price or timing.
Confirm the applicable policy
